I can make any shape as long as I have the silhouette, be it an animal, an object or a person, or draw directly from your own pictures. Price is based on how complex the design is. The types of commission I offer include original layered paper art, original layered wood art, prints and digital designs.

Please send a request via the Contact form and tell me your idea. It should (preferably) include the size, shape (square or rectangle) and preferred colors. Idea pictures are always welcome. Price is based on how complex the design is. When I have an idea of the design, I'll send a quick hand drawn sketch, if needed. If it's acceptable and we have an agreement on the price, I'll send an invoice for purchase. Once ordered, I'll begin designing and will send screenshots and a proof by email. You have one (1) simple design change of the proof sent. Further changes will incur additional fees per change. Once the final proof is approved, I'll print the design. If it's a digital file, I'll send it via email.

The background colors of any design can be customized based on taste, with a quick turnaround time at no extra charge. Just leave me a note at checkout or let me know in the Contact form. Prior to printing, I will send a proof by email for approval.

Please be aware that I will not be able to ship until the proof is approved. If I don't hear from the buyer after 3 days, I will send a follow up message.

My original layered paper artwork is at least 8” in size, depending on how intricate the design is. If a design has a lot of detail, it is best to make it as big as I can . The largest original Papermolas artwork I make is 12” because of the size limitation from the paper I buy and my cutting machine.

For prints, there are no size limitations. I can personally print up to 13x19 inches. Larger prints are outsourced to a family-owned printer located in New York. Please send me a message for a quote. Larger prints will be shipped rolled in a heavy-duty cardboard tube.

Turn-around time will vary depending on the type of artwork desired. For designs shown in my shop, my turnaround time is between 5-10 business days prior to shipping, depending on the type of item (prints, coasters, magnets, etc.). For original artwork, it can take between 10-30 business days prior to shipping, depending on the type of art requested. If it’s a print, it’s less time.

For 8x10 prints, I use plastic bags made of 100% compostable plastic, with an adhesive that is plant-based, and a recyclable polymailer that can either be reused or recycled. For larger prints, I will transition to compostable or recyclable bags as soon as I run out of the traditional plastic bags I have. I encourage you to reuse or repurpose those bags.

Whenever I can, I recycle cardboard boxes as part of my packaging, not only to ensure all my products arrive safely to you, but also because I don't like wasting good cardboard. Please feel free to use it for a different purpose. As soon as I run out of regular brown cardboard boxes, you may start seeing other kinds. Please excuse the ugly cardboard :)
